NEW COVID 19 PROCEDURES

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, our business is taking the necessary steps to protect ourselves and our customers so that, as an essential business, we can continue to provide water to all of our customers in all of the communities we serve.

Starting today, our office will be closed to the public until further notice to reduce our contact.

Additionally, we will be reviewing all of our delivery routes and delivery procedures to reduce contact. This means that our delivery routes will change. Once we have completed our route scheduling changes, we will be notifying all of those affected, as well as posting the schedule changes on all of our media platforms.

While we realize this may cause some inconveniences, we feel it is necessary to ensure the continuation of our services. With everyone working together, we can reduce the impact of COVID-19 on our communities.

The world has changed as we know it. As a business, we’ve had to adapt to these changes for the safety of ourselves and our customers. During this time, our office will be closed to the public. However, customers can still contact us by phone or email for any questions or concerns. We are still completing our regular delivery routes on the scheduled days. Additionally, we’ve implemented health and safety procedures for the use of our self serve fill station.
