We do not have a deposit system where you return your empty bottle for a refund. All of our bottles are sold, becoming the property of the person purchasing them. We work on an exchange system where a customer’s clean, reusable (not broken, cracked or dirty) bottle can be exchanged for a full one. Many locations that sell our water call it a “deposit”, however this is not the case. We also do not buy bottles back. This has always been our policy.
